• Strong knowledge of cosmetic science, skincare technologies, formulation development, and active ingredient assessment.
• Proven experience bringing consumer products from concept to commercialization, including claims development and substantiation.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and product development from concept to commercialization.
• Provide scientific leadership across the lifecycle and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
• Lead evaluation, sensory assessments, and consumer validation for formulations.
