• Industry experience: Minimum 5 years in R&D, innovation, or new product development within cosmetics/dermatology.
• Scientific expertise: Cosmetic science, skincare technologies, formulation development, claims substantiation.
• Innovation experience: Developing and launching consumer products from concept to commercialization.
