Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Territory Representative to drive dermatology product sales across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. This permanent, term-time role offers a unique blend of field activity with a structured schedule during school holidays.

You will promote the company’s dermatology portfolio to NHS prescribers and stakeholders, develop regional business plans, and work closely with the Regional Manager to hit and exceed sales

Qualifications

• 1-2 years pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrable drive and enthusiasm.
• Strong business acumen and client focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote the product portfolio to key stakeholders and prescribers.
• Achieve sales targets as set by management.
• Identify, build and develop relationships with key customers.
• Develop and monitor a regional business plan to realise targets.
• Maintain sales in line with the annual plan and objectives.
• Take ownership of specialist customer groups and drive growth.
