Job summary

18 Week Support is seeking experienced Consultant Dermatologists to deliver 2WW and General Dermatology clinics across NHS services. Join a leading insourcing provider to help reduce NHS waiting times while offering flexible opportunities across multiple NHS sites.

Ideal candidates will hold GMC Specialist Dermatology registration with NHS experience and a track record of delivering 2WW or general dermatology clinics, delivering safe, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• GMC registration with inclusion on the Specialist Register in Dermatology.
• Previous NHS clinical experience.
• Experience delivering 2WW and/or General Dermatology clinics.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dermatology clinics across 2WW and General Dermatology pathways.
• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with comprehensive examinations and assessments.
• Assess and manage patients with suspected skin cancer where appropriate.
• Develop and communicate appropriate treatment and management plans.
• Provide specialist clinical advice and guidance to patients and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and communicate outcomes.
