Job summary

Resolution Life in London is seeking a hands-on professional to support the management and execution of derivative strategies and balance sheet hedging across the Group's insurance portfolios.

You will collaborate with risk, investments, actuarial, finance and operations to translate strategy into execution, cover trade lifecycle, collateral, governance, and reporting while developing expertise across derivatives lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline; advanced degrees advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel.
• Experience with derivative instruments, collateral management, and market practices.
• Experience supporting derivative portfolios and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the Group's derivative portfolio across cleared and uncleared instruments, including hedging and structured transactions.
• Assist in implementing derivative strategies aligned with balance sheet objectives and regulatory constraints.
• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle: pre-trade analysis, execution, confirmation, validation and monitoring.
• Assist in collateral and liquidity activities across CSAs including margining and governance.
• Prepare risk, liquidity, collateral, and performance reporting to support decision-making.
