Job summary

Standard Life, a retirement specialist, seeks a Derivatives & Collateral Onboarding Associate in London. You will own the end-to-end onboarding of derivative trading relationships, coordinating with Front Office and various internal and external partners to ensure that operational, legal, regulatory and system requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with Derivatives Strategy, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Middle Office and Back Office, as well as external

Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives or collateral onboarding within an asset management or financial services environment.
• Knowledge of ISDA, CSA, GMRA, CDEA agreements.
• Understanding of variation margin and initial margin requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new and existing derivative trading counterparties.
• Act as a key point of contact for derivative and collateral onboarding requests, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Coordinating KYC and reverse-KYC activity, including documentation requests, screening and due diligence queries.
• Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Managing and prioritising multiple onboarding requests to support timely delivery.
• Setting up and maintaining counterparty, agreement and portfolio configurations within Aladdin.
