Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a KYC Onboarding Analyst to join our CLM team in London for a large-scale KYC project with a leading financial institution. You will manage end-to-end KYC processing, ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves CDD/EDD/SEDD duties, data entry into Fenergo, and ongoing collaboration with relationship managers and QC teams. A 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working is offered in London.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge of European KYC/AML requirements.
• Experience with KYC/CDD/EDD processes.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Conduct KYC CDD, EDD, SEDD activities for GBM Europe customers including onboarding and trigger events to ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough analysis to support a reasonable and accurate assessment consistent with the Customer Risk Rating (CRR) methodology.
• Conduct client review based on the Customer’s assigned risk using existing and publicly available information.
• Prepare and conduct client outreach in an efficient and compliant manner and adopt a client-centric approach; ensuring transparency of the process and status of the customer file to stakeholders.
• Identify and elevate issues or risks requiring supervision or escalation to team leads and senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of data and documentation into Fenergo book of record collected during KYC activities.
• Ensure all operational trackers are updated to ensure accuracy of metrics.
• Ensure KYC activities are conducted with timeliness, completeness and high quality.
• Maintain high quality of KYC work while delivering timely results; perform file repair if required by QC/QA processes.
• Pro-actively deepen knowledge of governing regulations and share learnings with the team; support training of new members.
• Pursue process enhancements by identifying opportunities and collaborating with onboarding management and QC to improve effectiveness, data quality and AML controls.
