Job summary

Janus Henderson in London is seeking a Derivatives Documentation and Integration Analyst to support end-to-end onboarding of counterparties and documentation readiness. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely trading readiness and accurate data maintenance.

The role requires experience with ISDAs, CSAs and related derivative documents, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Hybrid working and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in derivatives documentation, counterparty onboarding, and related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and track negotiation points.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding and integration of counterparties, funds and trading arrangements.
• Review and progress ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, prime brokerage and related documents.
• Coordinate approvals across Compliance, Credit, Operations, Trading, Risk and others.
• Liaise with counterparties and internal teams to resolve comments and set up readiness.
• Coordinate account opening, static data, completion checks and readiness confirmations.
• Maintain records, status reporting and governance-aligned processes.
• Apply templates, playbooks and escalation criteria for controlled activity.
• Support document execution, data maintenance and post-execution handover.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
