Job summary

Bank of America in London seeks a Markets Legal Documentation Negotiator to draft and negotiate complex derivatives documentation for global clients. You will serve as a primary contact across documentation negotiations and partner with Sales, Onboarding and risk teams, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

The role requires experience with ISDA/GMRA documentation, German and/or French language skills, and the ability to manage high-priority client relationships within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in markets documentation (ISDA/GMRA/CSAs).
• German and/or French language skills.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Experience with hedge funds and PB industry.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, structure and advise on derivatives documentation including ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs and collateral.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit and Onboarding to optimise client onboarding.
• Advise front office, risk and trading on documentation issues during negotiations.
• Act as Relationship Manager for a portfolio of priority Markets clients.
• Coordinate agreement negotiations across products and reflect credit/commercial terms.
