Greggs is seeking a Transport (Admin) Coordinator for our Derby site. The role supports daily transport operations, driver scheduling and vehicle compliance from our head office logistics hub. You’ll join a team focused on safety, efficiency and service excellence at a 42-hour week on a 4-on, 4-off rota including Sundays and nights.

Based at SmartParc Derby DE21, the role offers an engaging working pattern, benefits and opportunities to develop within a growing logistics function at Greggs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microlise, Tachomaster and Driver Checkmaster.
• Experience within logistics, distribution and transport operations.
• Excellent knowledge of Drivers' hours regulations.

Aufgaben

• Execute the daily operational plan effectively.
• Allocate driver resources and manage shift schedules.
• Microlise monitoring and administration.
• Tachomaster administration.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and servicing logistics.
• Communicate with service providers for repairs and inspections.
• Address driver queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct post-shift driver debriefs.
• Perform gate checks for safety and readiness.
• Maintain records of defect reports, service sheets and POs.
• Conduct safety conversations with drivers and team members.
