Deputy Ward Manager (RMN) (RNLD)

Location: Cardiff

Salary: Up to £46,433 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours

Shifts: Days only, with rotational weekends

Reference: 4751

Please note we do not hold licenses to support overseas candidates. This is a permanent role.

You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience to be eligible for this role.

Smartcall Healthcare is proud to partner with a specialist service located in Cardiff. This service supports a very small number of people with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.

You will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with a unique approach to delivering high-quality care.

As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will ensure all patients in the service receive outstanding care while supporting your colleagues and promoting a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) (RNLD)
• A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
• Experience leading a team
• Previous experience working in a similar environment
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
• Strong team-working skills
• A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
