We are seeking a registered mental health nurse, learning disabilities nurse, or occupational therapist to join our supportive team. You will have a passion for supporting adults during admissions to inpatient services, aiding them and their families in their recovery.
If you are interested in developing your leadership skills, we offer access to NHS leadership academy courses, in-house leadership programs, coaching, mentoring, regular team days, reflective practice, and supervision.
We are an 18-bed acute mental health ward caring for individuals during a mental health crisis. Our work involves supporting mental and physical health, teaching coping skills, and ensuring safety, often working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and more.
