We're looking for a deputy training editor, apprenticeships to lead the operational delivery, and day-to-day management of our new digital journalist scheme, which incorporates bespoke Guardian training and an apprenticeship programme.
In this role, you'll oversee external provider relationships, programme logistics, and line management of an assistant training editor, apprenticeships, as well as directly supporting participants through onboarding, reviews, and cohort community-building. You'll partner with editorial and HR to deliver targeted training, monitor qualification progress, and drive organisational editorial excellence.
This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract or internal staff secondment.
