Job summary
Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Deputy Team Lead Nurse to co-lead the St Albans & Harpenden Core Neighbourhood Nursing Team. The role involves managing a patient caseload, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based care in patients’ homes, and leading a team of community nurses and learners.
A valid UK driving licence and car are required for travel between homes.
Qualifications
- Band 6 Registered Nurse with community nursing experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.
