Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the store floor and back‑office operations, ensuring excellent customer service, stock integrity and KPI delivery. You’ll act as the Store Manager in their absence, coach your team and uphold Lidl’s values and standards.
