Job Description

As Deputy Store Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for overseeing the total operational activity within the store alongside the Store Manager. The role is highly KPI-driven, requiring experience in delivering strong performance metrics.

You will play a key role in executing the brand's commitment to delivering the best customer experience by challenging and motivating the team to maintain high standards across the sales floor, including replenishment, merchandising, and concept updates throughout the year.

Two major transitional events annually will require a complete store overhaul to showcase products at peak standards for customers.

You will lead a small team of approximately 8 staff, guiding them to achieve these goals. The role involves physical activity, especially as the store predominantly sells furniture, which constitutes a significant part of the store's turnover.
