As Deputy Store Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for and oversee the total operational activity within the store alongside the Store Manager. The role is highly KPI-driven, and experience in delivering strong results in these areas is required.
The brand is dedicated to delivering the best possible customer experience, and you will play a significant role in executing this. This includes challenging and driving the team to maintain high standards across the sales floor, from replenishment operations to concept and merchandising updates throughout the year.
Two large transitional events in the yearly calendar will involve a full change of the store in and out of peak season to showcase the best products at a high standard to our customers.
You will lead a small team of 8 employees to achieve these goals. This is a physically demanding role, as we predominantly sell furniture, which constitutes a large percentage of our store turnover.

A strong DSM with retail sector experience is essential.
40-hour contract, with additional hours as needed for the business.
