Job description

As Deputy Store Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for overseeing the total operational activity within the store alongside the Store Manager. The role is highly KPI-driven, and strong experience in delivering excellent results is required.

The brand is dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience, and you will play a key role in executing this. This involves challenging and motivating the team to maintain high standards across the sales floor, from replenishment operations to concept and merchandising updates throughout the year.

Two major transitional events in the yearly calendar will require a complete change of the store setup, moving in and out of peak seasons to showcase the best products at high standards to our customers.

You will lead a small team of 8 employees to achieve these goals. The role is physically demanding, as we predominantly sell furniture pieces, which constitute a significant portion of our store's turnover.

We are seeking the best candidates for the future growth of our business, as we are currently one of the fastest-growing districts.

A strong DSM with retail sector experience is essential.
