As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be calm, confident, and ready to get involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include managing cash processes, monitoring stock, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You’ll support your team and lead by example.
