Role Overview

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be responsible for managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example, and inspiring your team. Your duties include managing cash processes, stock integrity, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. You will play a vital role in creating a positive environment for both staff and customers and will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.
