Cook Up Success as a Deputy Store Manager - ProCook Cotswold Designer Outlet Store

ProCook, the UK’s fastest-growing quality cookware brand, is seeking a passionate Deputy Store Manager to join our team at the new Cotswold Designer Outlet Store opening in July 2025 in Tewkesbury.

Your Role:

As Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brief your team on daily goals.
2. Engage with customers and assist them in finding products.
3. Train team members on products and customer service standards.
4. Maintain store standards and assist with daily operations.
5. Support in managing stock accuracy and store presentation.
6. Step in as acting manager in the Store Manager’s absence.
7. Create memorable shopping experiences that encourage customer loyalty.
8. Motivate and develop your team to be product experts and brand ambassadors.
9. Manage store cleanliness and layout.
10. Monitor costs and seek efficiencies without compromising quality.

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about customer service.
• Experience in retail management or similar roles.
