Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Sittingbourne to lead the store team on shift and in the Store Manager's absence. You will drive excellent customer service, oversee cash processes, stock integrity and colleague development, while upholding Lidl values.

The role offers a competitive salary (£38,000 - £46,000 per year) with pro rata holiday (30-35 days), a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme. Training and career progression are included.
