Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage cash processes and stock integrity while inspiring your colleagues to deliver outstanding service daily.

In this role, you’ll step in for the Store Manager during their absence, taking ownership of the store and supporting your team to meet targets, all while upholding Lidl values. A generous benefits package backs your well-being and career growth.

What you'll do
