Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the store team on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will help manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll take ownership of operations in the Store Manager’s absence, driving adherence to company values, health and safety, and KPIs, while delivering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
