Job summary

Lidl UK is hiring a Deputy Store Manager to lead the store floor and back-end operations. You will manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire colleagues to deliver excellent service.

You will assume store ownership in the absence of the Store Manager and drive KPIs while maintaining Lidl’s values. The role offers a competitive salary (£38,000 - £46,000 per annum), a generous holiday entitlement (pro rata), a pension scheme, and ongoing training.
