Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You'll drive store performance, develop your team and uphold our customer-first standards.

With a salary of £38,000 - £46,000 per annum and a strong benefits package, you'll receive extensive training and opportunities to progress as you help the store thrive. You'll take ownership in the Store Manager's absence, ensure smooth deliveries, and champion the Lidl values while delivering

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you'll play a huge part in creating a place where you and your whole team can do your best work.
