Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, ensuring smooth cash processes, stock checks, and outstanding customer service. You will also take ownership when the Store Manager is away, guiding colleagues and upholding Lidl's standards.

You will be responsible for motivating the team, managing deliveries, and driving KPI performance while maintaining a positive, customer-focused store environment.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
