ProCook is seeking a passionate Deputy Store Manager to join our Manchester Arndale Store team, opening in September!

Your Role:

As Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brief the team on daily goals.
2. Engage with customers and assist in product selection.
3. Train staff on products and customer service.
4. Maintain store standards and assist with daily operations.
5. Prepare the store for the next day at closing.

Requirements:

1. Support daily store operations and cover in the Store Manager's absence.
2. Create memorable shopping experiences.
3. Train and motivate the team as brand ambassadors.
4. Maintain an inviting store layout.
5. Manage costs and stock accuracy.

• Have retail experience in a similar role.
