Job summary

Home Bargains, part of TJ Morris Limited, seeks a Deputy Manager to steer a Chorley store toward success. You will lead a medium-sized retail team, drive targets, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in delivering a top shopping experience, developing talent, and maintaining high store standards while supporting career progression within our dynamic retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising medium-sized retail teams in a fast-moving retail environment to achieve high weekly sales targets.
• Experience working in and managing a varied range of retail categories.
• Demonstrates prioritisation, customer focus, communication, team management, problem solving, talent development and commercial acumen.
