Job summary

Home Bargains in Lisburn is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a busy store and drive sales, service and standards. You will develop a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving weekly targets and maintaining store presentation.

The role offers clear career progression within a rapidly expanding discount retailer with a strong UK footprint. Salary is £37,020 per year, with 44 hours per week and full-time permanent status.

Qualifications
