Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Site Services Manager to join our Site Services team within Estates and Facilities. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring the effective, safe, and compliant delivery of our Domestic Services, Deep Clean Team, and Waste Management services across the Trust.

You will also take the strategic lead on waste management compliance and environmental performance, liaising with external regulatory bodies and driving the implementation of our waste strategy to ensure a compliant and sustainable service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage Domestic Services, Deep Clean operations, and Waste Management functions.
2. Ensure compliance with national cleaning standards, infection prevention guidelines, and Trust policies.
3. Develop and deliver waste strategy, including monitoring KPIs and statutory obligations.
4. Provide professional leadership and support to staff across Site Services.
5. Collaborate with regulatory and external agencies on waste and environmental matters.
6. Act as deputy to the Head of Site Services and contribute to strategic planning.
