Job summary

Oxfam GB is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to support a busy shop in the community, ensuring excellent customer service and solid merchandising. The role involves working with shop staff and volunteers, maintaining daily operations, and adhering to budgets while engaging with local partners.

The position is fixed-term for 12 months and includes weekend work (including Sundays). DBS checks and safeguarding duties apply in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to support development and maintenance of a diverse shop team.
• Some commercial awareness with effective retail processes and merchandising.
• Collaborative work with the Shop Manager and colleagues to engage with the community.
