Job summary

First Choice Recruitment Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Security Controller on a part-time, hybrid basis (about 20 hours per week) to support security across two sites, in Tewkesbury and Bromsgrove.

You will work with the Security Controller, handling personnel, physical and information security, maintaining records, and administering security systems. DV clearance is required; UK passport holders only.

Qualifications

• Experience in security coordination or security administration.
• Knowledge of UK defence/MOD security requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and data accuracy.
• Good IT skills to administer security systems.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Ability to work under DV clearance and security policy.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day personnel, physical and information security across two sites.
• Maintain security records and coordinate routine security activities.
• Administer security systems and tools; identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Log, track and resolve security service requests.
• Provide cover for Security Controller during absences.
