Baltimore Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Deputy Residential Home Manager for a 6-month interim contract in Northampton with hybrid working. You will support the Registered Manager, lead staff, safeguard excellence, and help create a nurturing environment for children and young people in a residential setting.
This role requires knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations, plus prior deputy/senior management experience.

You will primarily be based within the residential home environment, with flexibility to work from home on occasion where operationally appropriate.
