Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team. You’ll lead from the front, step up when the General Manager isn’t around, and inspire a pub team to deliver memorable guest experiences and support the local community.

You’ll work with a supportive GM, drive KPI performance, and benefit from flexible and part-time hours. The Aspire programme and our app-based training will help you progress, with a friendly, lively environment and strong colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Lead from the front and motivate a pub team
• Support the GM in achieving KPIs
• Be accountable for the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team and step up when the General Manager is not around
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Ensure successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience as Deputy/Assistant Manager in a branded environment
