ACR Recruitment & Training Limited is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager for a warm, home-from-home preschool in Birmingham. You will support the Nursery Manager, help lead the team and ensure high standards of care and early years education for the preschool age group.

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week, a quoted £13.90 per hour, and all-year-round employment with ongoing training and development in a welcoming setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in an Early Years setting, especially preschool-aged children.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience or readiness to move into management.
• Good understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day running of the setting.
• Help lead, motivate and support the nursery team.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with EYFS.
• Encourage learning and school readiness in the preschool room.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
• Build relationships with parents and carers, updating on progress and wellbeing.
• Support staff development and continuous improvement.
• Help ensure nursery policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
