ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running and to lead the Early Years team. You will help maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding while fostering a nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.

This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week across 51 weeks per year, with shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in nursery or Early Years setting.
• Senior or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS.
• Experience in safeguarding.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day management of the setting.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the Early Years team.
• Support staff with planning, observations, assessments and development.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety standards are maintained.
• Engage with parents and carers to support children's development.
• Step into the Manager's role when required.
