MiChild is recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager for Highfield Nursery in Blackpool. You will support the nursery manager, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts; early, middle, and late shifts are required. We offer a competitive salary of £14.50 per hour, 33 days annual leave pro-rated, generous childcare discounts, wellbeing support, and development opportunities via the MiChild

Qualifications

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)*
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and understanding of EYFS and child development
• Robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Confident communicator with children, parents and team
