Job summary

Eleven Air in Wembley is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to lead staff, uphold high standards of care and early learning, and build strong partnerships with parents to support children's development.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education or equivalent, a Food Hygiene certificate Level 2, and Paediatric first aid. You will coordinate in specialist areas such as SENCO and inspire your team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education or equivalent.
• Food Hygiene certificate Level 2.
• Paediatric first aid qualification.
• Ability to co-ordinate in a specific specialist area, e.g., SENCO and confidence in leading your team.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage and lead other staff within the nursery, ensure high standards of care and early learning.
• Also, you will develop effective partnerships with parents/carers in order to increase involvement in their child’s development.
