Ok What Do I Need?

NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education or equivalent, Food Hygiene certificate Level 2, Paediatric first aid qualification. Ability to co‑ordinate in a specific specialist area, e.g., SENCO and confidence in leading your team.
