Job summary

Thrive Childcare is hiring a Deputy Manager for Thrive Grosvenor House in Belgrave. The role is 40 hours per week with a pay rate of £15.25 per hour. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to supervise staff and ensure outstanding childcare, safety, and parent communications.

The ideal candidate holds a level 3+ qualification in Early Years and has leadership experience. The role supports professional development and a positive, collaborative nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure high quality childcare.
