Willingcare is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager in Leicester Forest East to join our welcoming nursery team. From £28,500 per year, 40 hours per week, you will support the Nursery Manager and help create a safe, home-from-home environment for children.

You’ll work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards, support practitioners and contribute to lively, hands-on learning experiences that encourage independence and exploration.

Deputy Nursery Manager

For children to feel confident enough to explore, they first need somewhere they feel safe, settled and completely at home.

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll work closely with the Nursery Manager while remaining involved in everyday nursery life – supporting the team, maintaining high standards and helping create a positive environment for both children and practitioners.
