Hours: 40 hours per week - 24 hours Supernumerary/ 16 hours on the floor
Pay: £48,960 per annum

As Deputy Nurse Manager at our award-winning client's care home, you’ll support the delivery of the quality care they are known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You’ll inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life. This involves leading by example, conducting regular audits, supervising clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You’ll set high standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals.
To join us as a Deputy Nurse Manager, you need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration. Experience in supporting residents with diverse health needs is essential, as is a successful track record in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We also value some HR experience, strong knowledge of sales and marketing, understanding of budget management, and experience supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
