Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Deputy MLRO to lead day-to-day AML/CTF compliance for its international entities, including Ireland and Bermuda. You will oversee transaction monitoring, STR filings, and customer due diligence, while maintaining alignment with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Collaboration with Legal, CX, and Operations is essential. The role requires at least 6+ years in financial crime compliance, with delegated authority and strong governance reporting experience.

Formación

• 6+ years of AML/CTF compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated entities.
• Experience as Deputy MLRO or senior compliance role with delegated authority.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF legislation in Ireland and Bermuda, and related directives.
• Experience conducting CDD/EDD reviews and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to contribute to governance processes and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day AML/CTF compliance operations with delegated authority.
• Prepare materials for AML Governance Committee meetings to show program health.
• File STRs and other regulatory filings for assigned entities.
• Conduct CDD/EDD reviews and assess customer risk.
• Monitor regulatory developments across Ireland and Bermuda.
• Collaborate with CX, Legal, and Operations for compliant responses.
