Global’s LBC unit is seeking an experienced Deputy Managing Editor to lead editorial and operational output across radio, digital, video and on-demand platforms. You will report to the Managing Editor, shaping editorial direction, delivering high-quality journalism, and driving audience growth while maintaining Ofcom-compliant standards.

Formación

• Senior editorial experience in broadcast news or journalism.
• Excellent editorial judgement, able to act quickly under pressure.
• Experience leading newsroom teams, developing talent and guiding editors.
• Proven ability to create and oversee multiplatform content across radio, digital, video and social.
• Strong operational mindset with priority management of production workflows and resources.
• Ability to use audience insight and data to grow reach, listening and engagement.
• Excellent communication to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
