Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager for a brand-new Supported Living scheme in Tamworth to lead a team of Support Workers and work alongside the Registered Manager.

You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, and ensure person-centred care, with a focus on helping residents live more independently and fulfilling lives. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours.
• Senior or Team Leader experience desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

The Role

Working alongside a dedicated Registered Manager and PBS Practitioner, you’ll help lead a team of Support Workers, oversee the day-to-day running of the service, support staff development and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours.
• Previous care experience, with senior or Team Leader experience highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for promoting independence and improving lives.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
