As Deputy Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely alongside the Registered Manager to establish Bowburn Manor as a centre of excellence.

Ensure care plans reflect each resident's individual needs, preferences, life experiences and personal choices.
Monitor standards throughout the home and support continuous improvement across all aspects of care delivery.
Develop positive partnerships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and the wider community.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the home in the Registered Manager's absence, ensuring safe and effective service delivery.
Support regulatory requirements, safeguarding responsibilities, audits, investigations and statutory reporting.
Ensure clear communication, robust handovers and collaborative working across all departments.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to meet the needs of the business. Occasionally you may be required to cover weekends or nights.
