That someone could be you.
Joining Bowburn Manor before we open gives you the rare chance to help shape how the home operates from the very beginning.
You'll work alongside the management team to establish systems, processes and ways of working that support both exceptional care and an outstanding resident experience.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted and valued member of a brand-new team and leave your mark on a home that will serve the community for years to come.
Welcome visitors, residents, families and professionals with warmth, professionalism and confidence.
Provide administrative support that helps the entire home operate efficiently.

Support payroll processes and maintain accurate staffing records and documentation.
Ensure resident and staff files are organised, secure and maintained in accordance with company policies and regulations, to also include the onboarding of all new colleagues.
Manage enquiries, correspondence, information requests in a professional and timely manner and support with showing and marketing the home.
Help create a positive atmosphere where residents, relatives and colleagues feel welcomed, respected and supported.

This is more than an administration role.
It's an opportunity to be part of a home's story from the very beginning, support people through important moments in their lives, and make a meaningful difference every day.
If you're ready to bring organisation, compassion and professionalism to a role that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
