You’ll work alongside an experienced Registered Manager, Head of Complex Care and Clinical Quality Manager to lead positive and passionate change.
As Deputy Manager, you'll be a visible leader within a large and diverse staff team, supporting colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care for people with complex needs.
You’ll help shape culture, develop people, improve quality and ensure every individual is supported to live the life they choose.
