The Beefy Boys in Cardiff is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day operations, supervise front of house and kitchen, and keep service running smoothly even when the GM is away.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service areas when GM is away, manage rotas, and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure drinks and food are consistently available.
• Monitor sales and labor costs and help maximize profits.
• Keep operations running under pressure and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support performance feedback and development for team members.
• Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude to handle fast-paced work.
